Eligibility & Age Restriction
The pk oke platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any game, tournament, or promotion offered on pk oke. By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use pk oke:

Age Verification: pk oke reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised authority. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until age verification is satisfactorily completed. pk oke may place a hold on an account suspected of being operated by a person under 18 years of age pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during that period may be voided.
Account Registration
To access the full range of pk oke services — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information up to date at all times by contacting support or updating your profile settings.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk oke. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately so that the duplicate can be closed without penalty.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk oke login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. pk oke will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and pk oke accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
- Use a strong, unique password for your pk oke account — do not reuse passwords from other services.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available from your account security settings.
- Log out of your account on shared or public devices immediately after each session.
- Notify pk oke support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Identity Verification (KYC): pk oke operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point our compliance team deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and equivalent amounts for bank transfers. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your pk oke account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile money methods.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed for verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money methods. pk oke's stated processing time targets are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad: 30–60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
- Rocket / Upay: Up to 2 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank, etc.): Up to 4 business hours.
- USDT TRC-20: Within 30 minutes for verified accounts at any time of day.
These processing times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, public holidays, or due to additional verification requirements triggered by our compliance team. pk oke will communicate any delay via the in-account notification system or your registered email address.
Withdrawal Conditions: All funds deposited to pk oke must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement exists to prevent payment processing abuse and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals may be declined or subject to enhanced review where our compliance team identifies patterns consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
Bonuses & Promotions
pk oke offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by pk oke are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is displayed on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that you must wager a total amount equal to 20 times the bonus value before the bonus funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds in your account are always wagered first, ahead of bonus funds, unless the cashier specifies otherwise.
Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:
- Slots (most titles): 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
- Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution.
- Crash Games (Aviator and similar): 50% contribution.
- Andar Bahar / Teen Patti: 25% contribution.
- Sports Betting: 100% contribution on pre-match single bets with odds of 1.5 or above; accumulator bets with at least 3 legs all at odds of 1.3 or above contribute 100%.
- Excluded Games: Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering entirely. These are listed on each promotion's specific terms page.
Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins expire within 7 days of being credited unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account balance without notice. It is your responsibility to monitor your bonus status in the promotions section of your account dashboard.
Bonus Abuse: pk oke monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk oke reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the account.
Gameplay & Fair Use
All games offered on pk oke — whether RNG-based slots, live dealer tables, crash games, or sportsbook markets — are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the provider's own game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. pk oke acts as a distribution platform and is not responsible for the internal mechanics of third-party games beyond ensuring that certified, unmodified game versions are presented to players.

Sportsbook Rules: Sports betting markets on pk oke are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the sports section of the platform. Key principles include: bets placed after the official start of an event without live-betting designation are void; maximum payout limits apply per event and per market; pk oke reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market without notice; and where an obvious pricing error is identified, pk oke may void affected bets and refund stakes.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk oke platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on pk oke, regardless of the method used to create the duplicate account.
- Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or forged personal information or identity documents at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
- Underage Registration: Registering an account or placing wagers while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to pk oke by a person under 18.
- Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the pk oke platform, including but not limited to auto-betting tools, odds scrapers, and automated bonus hunters.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live dealer games, or otherwise act in concert to gain an unfair advantage.
- Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account, particularly in poker or live dealer games, to transfer funds between accounts in circumvention of withdrawal procedures.
- Money Laundering: Using pk oke to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds associated with criminal activity. pk oke cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected money laundering.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit made to pk oke, except in documented cases of unauthorised use of your payment method. Chargebacks constitute a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Harassment: Using pk oke's live chat, in-game chat, or any other communication channel on the platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against other players or pk oke staff members.
Account Closure & Suspension
Closure by You: You may request the closure of your pk oke account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to the completion of KYC verification if not already done. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, pk oke offers a formal self-exclusion tool accessible directly from your account settings. Self-exclusion periods available are 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be reopened, and pk oke will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from opening a new account. Requests to end a self-exclusion before the chosen period expires will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period for all temporary exclusions.
Suspension or Closure by pk oke: pk oke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
- Identity verification documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, expired, or inconsistent with account information.
- Account activity is flagged by our fraud detection systems as indicative of prohibited conduct.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated against pk oke by the account holder or their payment provider.
- pk oke is required to do so by an order from a government body, regulator, or law enforcement authority.
- The account has been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. pk oke will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying a dormant account administration fee of ৳200 per month. The fee will be deducted from any remaining real-money balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point no further fees will be applied. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification if required.
Additional Provisions
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk oke's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pk oke in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pk oke is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Intellectual Property: All content on the pk oke platform, including but not limited to the pk oke brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of pk oke or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk oke content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Services: pk oke integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and customer support platforms. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. pk oke is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or data practices of third-party service providers, though we take care to partner only with reputable, certified organisations.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. Any dispute arising from your use of pk oke that cannot be resolved through our internal support and complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on pk oke, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk oke regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
